During the last seven years, Limited Run Games has published many physical games for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch platforms. Unfortunately, Xbox fanatics have not had the same opportunity, but that will change later this year. In an advertisement in the official Twitter account of the editor, Limited Run Games revealed that his first Xbox game will be launched this summer. Unfortunately, details have not been revealed for the game, and it is not clear if it is when the anticipated order window will begin or if it is when the game will be really available. Hopefully more details are announced in the near future!

The Tweet announcing the LEG plans for Xbox can be found in embedded below.

In addition to the announcement, Limited Run Games also asked fans to list games they would like to see available at Xbox in physical format. This generated a lot of interesting suggestions for the publisher to consider them, including -fact Tetris: Connected, Radio Jet-Set, Star Wars: Knights of the old Republic, and many more. Clearly, the editor will not have any difficulty finding games to choose from!

For those who are not familiar with Limited Run Games, the publisher offers physical launches for games that have been offered exclusively as digital titles. LEG has also expanded to offer reprints of games for older platforms, including NEW and Game Boy. The editor’s games are offered during an open-order open window and production starts once the window is closed. The company’s motto is the physical is forever, since physical games can be enjoyed long after digital stores have been closed.

In addition to its standard offers, Limited Run Games also has the ability to launch a ton of optional extras; The publisher is currently offering a mass collector edition for its release of Requiem from Castlemaine on PS4. It is logical that some of the editor’s Xbox games also receive similar treatment. These collector editions can be a bit expensive, but some fanatics will find that the offers are worth it. For now, Xbox fanatics will only have to see what the future holds!
