Infinity Ward teasert on Twitter may currently be the official announcement of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 . In itself, it is no secret that the studio for 2022 works on a sequel to Modern Warfare from 2019. However, there has been no gameplay material or the like to continue to continue the modern warfare reboot.
What happens to Infinity Ward on Twitter?
At first glance, both the profile picture and the banner of the profile are completely in black. At second glance, depending on the exposure, light beige stripes can be seen in both pictures. If you download the image and screw up the brightness, you will find that the picture of the character “ ghost ” can be seen from the call-of-duty series in the picture. This has also appeared in the modern-warfare reboot and accordingly you can classify this choice of the image as a teaser regarding modern-warfare 2.
When is the official reveal?
It is also unknown when exactly Infinity Ward will show the first scenes from modern-warfare-2 or will announce a release date for the game. The sequel to the modern-warfare reboot has already been described as the most ambitious project in the history of the series.
In February 2022 we had already reported on this message, as well as the first possible information in the direction of Modern Warfare 2. In 2023, on the other hand, the first year in almost 2 decades, in which no large call-of-duty title is to come onto the market.
In our review from 2019, the first part received a relatively good rating, but there was a lot of potential. So the question is whether Infinity Ward can exploit this potential with the second part and to what extent and the first material could provide information.
