According to In Touch, the 47-year-old reality star is demanding Cynthia for starting a competitive company and violating its operational agreement.
Molly requests a statement that Cynthia is a member of her joint company, Livia Lingerie, and a temporary restriction order, damages, lawyer fees and other judicial compensation.
Molly states that Cynthia started a competitor business, took customer information and continued to harass employees even after receiving a cessation and withdrawal letter.
Cynthia has played the claims, stating that the demand is frivolous and that it had a verbal agreement not to return to the store.
